International and Local Student Scholarships

Five students from the College of Agriculture are currently in Israel and undergoing Training in Agroforestry studies for eleven months. Relative to local scholars, from 1,790 last school year, the number of student scholars has gone up to two thousand seven hundred sixty-two (2762) for this academic year. This is an increase of more than 50 percent and hopefully will keep on increasing so many deserving but financially constrained students may avail of various merit and non-merit based scholarships from private and public associations and individuals.
